My January Goals 2017

I really do love the NEW YEAR. Logically the date on the calendar shouldn’t inspire me to want to improve things as much as they do but seeing as it does, I’m going to take full advantage and set myself some January goals while I’m feeling so motivated.


January Goals – Personal

  • I want to get back to my excerises and getting myself back to my healthy eating plan again! But then I’m still two minds about it because I don’t want to lose weight I just want to tone up but I guess a healthy eating plan for a month won’t harm me.
  • I want to get a holiday booked for a cute weekend away somewhere like Rome, Paris or something like that. So I better get saving.

January Goals 2017- Blog

  • I’ve set myself some blogging targets for the year but I’m not going to share them on here because they’re probably of no interest to anyone but me. 
  • I want to share my meal plan, well at least one recipe a week in my meal plan blogging.

  1. I’m going to be working towards a much healthier eating plan and drinking lots of tea. I was eating so much junk the last 3 weeks that even a chocolate bar didnt’ taste good like it should and wasn’t even considered a treat! Unlike you though, I would like to lose the weight!! Baby steps though,I’m just focusing on feeling healthier in January and getting onto the right track!
