They’re pretty much the most addictive thing you’ll ever see and eat!
With just a few ingredients and no oven required, you get irresisbity delicious homemade chocolate candies.
The cookie dough cups travel well and can be left out of the fridge for a few hours without melting, making them ideal choice for any gathering.
Step one: make up the cookie dough
6 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 of plain flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 bars of milk chocolate
Beat the butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth, then blend the vanilla extract into the mixture.
Stir the flour and salt together into the mixture then add the chocolate chips into the mixture.
Add a spoonful of cookie dough on top of the melted chocolate. Put the filled mini cupcakes liners in the freezer for around about 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
Step three: divide the remainder of the chocolate on top of each spoonful of cookie dough and return the tray back in the freezer to set.
